Brentford have reportedly entered the race for Hull City winger Keane Lewis-Potter, ahead of a possible January move.

The 20-year-old, who has contributed two goals and three assists in 11 Championship appearances for the Tigers this season, has already attracted Premier League interest, with Leicester City, West Ham United and Southampton all said to be plotting moves for the young forward.

According to Euro Football Rumours, Brentford have now identified the Englishman as a target to bolster their front line following their promotion to the Premier League, and they could be willing to meet Hull's £12m valuation in January.

Since breaking into the top flight, the Bees have collected 12 points from their opening seven games, having scored 10 goals while conceding only six, seeing them sit in seventh spot as a result.

Such a start could see Thomas Frank given the freedom to further add to his squad for the second half of the campaign, with Lewis-Potter seen as a wise investment for the future.

Since making his debut at the age of 18, the forward has featured 86 times for the Yorkshire outfit, netting 20 goals and contributing 11 assists, including 13 goals and six assists to help them achieve promotion back to the second tier last term. body check tags ::
