Brighton and Hove Albion manager Sami Hyypia has insisted that he has no fear over his future, despite seeing the club slide into the relegation zone.
Brighton lost 3-0 away at Derby County on Saturday, with two goals from Chris Martin and another from Johnnie Russell all coming in the first 20 minutes.
Hyppia told The Argus: "If I didn't think I could turn the season around I would walk away. I'm still here and I intend to be in training on Monday and then we continue."
The former Liverpool defender admits that any decision is out of his hands after a record of one win in 16 games.
"I have no fear and I think that's quite normal in football. I know our series is not nice to see but that's football, that's business."
Brighton host fellow strugglers Millwall in the Championship next week.
