Championship leaders Brighton & Hove Albion have loaned Adam Chicksen to Leyton Orient for a month.
The 24-year-old defender is yet to make a first-team appearance this season, and Seagulls boss Chris Hughton believes that it is a good opportunity for Chicksen to impress in League Two.
"He takes extremely good care of himself, has a terrific attitude and approach and he wants to play first-team football - so this loan move will provide him with that chance," Hughton told the club website.
"This will not only be of benefit to him and Leyton Orient, but also to us as a club as it means we have another player out on loan gaining valuable competitive first-team experience."
Chicksen has played for Orient before in a previous loan stint, making three appearances for the East London outfit in the 2011-12 season.
He will wear the number 20 shirt this time for the O's and could feature against Notts County on Saturday.
