Bristol Rovers have signed former Northampton striker Billy Bodin on a short-term deal following a successful trial with the League Two club.
Bodin, 23, featured in the Pirates' 4-0 friendly defeat to West Bromwich Albion at the Memorial Stadium on Friday.
Rovers boss Darrell Clarke told the club's official website: "He has signed this short-term deal with the club in order to prove himself.
"He is something a bit different to what we have here already and he gives us another attacking option."
Bodin becomes Bristol's fourth signing of the new season following the arrivals of James Clarke, Chris Lines and Cristian Montano.
