Cambridge United boss Shaun Derry has been named the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month for December.
Derry's U's claimed 10 points from a possible 12 - a haul which included a 2-1 victory away at league leaders Plymouth Argyle.
"This accolade is a recognition of the work performed by everybody at the club during the month December, including all the coaching staff, the players and all the staff who work at Cambridge United," said the 38-year-old, who took charge at the Abbey Stadium in November.
As for the player award, that has been scooped by Portsmouth winger Gareth Evans.
The 27-year-old found the net four times, the most vital of which was an equaliser against Northampton Town.
"I'm delighted to win this award and hopefully I can build on my good December form as we look to have a successful second half of the season," he said.
Evans joined Pompey last summer on a one-year deal from Fleetwood Town.
