Cambridge United teenager Leon Davies has reportedly emerged as a target for several Premier League clubs.
The 17-year-old midfielder has already made 11 first-team appearances since making his debut in last August's 1-0 win at Shrewsbury Town in the EFL Trophy at the age of 16.
According to Cambridge News, Everton and top-flight newcomers Brighton & Hove Albion and Newcastle United have made enquiries about Davies.
Championship side Aston Villa are also said to be chasing the defender, who was handed a three-year professional deal last November after coming through the U's youth ranks.
Davies made his league debut in January, when Shaun Derry's charges claimed a 4-0 win over Notts County in League Two.
