Cardiff City manager Malky Mackay has revealed that he is more focused on his side's performances than their position in the Premier League table.
The Bluebirds are currently just four points above the relegation zone after one victory in eight games, and ahead of their trip to Crystal Palace, Mackay has insisted that he is concentrating on finding more consistency from the Welsh outfit.
The 41-year-old told the Daily Star: "I don't get too caught up about the exact position that we are in, in early December.
"It's not the biggest concern of mine. It's about performance levels, about constantly picking up points and being stable."
Cardiff won promotion to the Premier League for the first time in their history after winning the Championship last season.
