Carlisle United manager Graham Kavanagh has heaped praise on Tom Lawrence for his brace against Tranmere Rovers.
The striker, on loan from Manchester United, struck in the first and 64th minute of the 4-1 win.
"I ran the length of the field when he scored his second. It was a fabulous goal by Tom. He has quick feet and an eye for goal and he took it exceptionally well," Kavanagh told Sky Sports News.
"When you start the way we did in those difficult conditions, it's really good and we grew into the game."
Carlisle's other goals came from David Amoo and James Berrett, while Ryan Lowe scored for Tranmere.
