Celta Vigo are reportedly close to signing Omer Damari on an initial loan from Hapoel Tel Aviv.
Celtic had also been strongly linked with a move for the 24-year-old, who has netted 13 times in 18 matches for his Israeli club this season.
However, according to Sport Five, Celta have moved to secure the services of the talented forward on loan, with a view to a permanent deal for £1.3m at the end of the season.
The forward has also made 11 appearances for Israel, scoring three times in the process.
