Hearts manager Gary Locke has insisted that his side were competitive during their 2-0 defeat at Celtic this afternoon.
The Jambos boss believes that his team were unfortunate in the Scottish Premiership clash, pointing out that the outcome may have been different if Dylan McGowan's header had found the net in the 89th minute with the score at 1-1.
"We're never going to be happy about being beaten but I felt we competed a lot better today. On another day, Dylan McGowan's header goes in..." BBC Sport quotes him as saying.
Goals from Kris Commons and James Forrest gave the league leaders maximum points.
