Celtic midfielder Stefan Johansen has said that Celtic need to "carry on today's form for the rest of the season".
Johansen scored early on in the second half to add to Leigh Griffiths's goal, as Celtic easily beat Dundee and progressed to the Scottish Cup quarter finals.
"In a cup game you need to turn up on the day, and we are in the final of the League Cup and in the quarter final of the Scottish Cup now, so this is good for us and we played some good football today as well," the Norwegian told Celtic TV.
"We were desperate to get out there and get the second goal. Griff headed the ball back and I just scored the rebound. It was an easy goal but I will take that every day.
"We just need to take the positives with us into the game on Wednesday. We should have scored more goals but sometimes everything goes in for you and sometimes it doesn't, but I was just happy to win the game.
"Credit to the midfield and defenders as well, as they have kept a clean sheet for a couple of games now. We just need to take this form with us into the rest of the season."
Celtic will be seen as favourites for the Cup now after holders St Johnstone were knocked out by Championship side Queen of the South.
