Celtic have extended their lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership table to five points by beating Dundee United 3-0 thanks to goals from Gary Mackay-Steven, John Guidetti and Jason Denayer.
Ross County continued their fine form with a 2-1 victory over Kilmarnock after Michael Gardyne scored against his former club before Craig Curran added a second. Lee Ashcroft scored a late consolation goal.
St Mirren were defeated yet again, after goals from Brian Graham and Steven Anderson gave St Johnstone a 2-0 win, and Partick Thistle scored a late winner in their 1-0 win over Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
Aberdeen failed to gain ground on Celtic as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Dundee in the early kickoff.
