Celtic are said to be interested in signing Sunderland goalkeeper Craig Gordon on a free transfer.
The 29-year-old Scotland international has slipped down the Black Cats' goalkeeping pecking order, below Simon Mignolet and Keiren Westwood, this season.
He is out of contract at the Stadium of Light after reportedly rejecting a pay cut to stay on Wearside.
The Scottish champions are keen to secure Gordon's signature because on-loan Newcastle United stopper Fraser Forster has expressed his desire to return to England and prove himself south of the border, according to The Mirror.
Gordon became the most expensive British goalkeeper of all time when he joined Sunderland from Hearts for £9m in 2007.
