Watford, Crystal Palace and Leicester City are reportedly battling it out to sign Celtic defender Jozo Simunovic before the transfer window closes at 11pm tonight.
The 23-year-old centre-back was a key part of the side that won the Scottish Premiership, Scottish Cup and Scottish Challenge Cup last season and is valued at around £9m by Brendan Rodgers's outfit.
According to the Daily Mail, a number of Premier League sides have been in touch about the possibility of a deal for the Croatian as they look for defensive reinforcements.
Simunovic almost completed a transfer to Serie A side Torino last summer, only for the deal to fall through at the last moment due to a disagreement over the fee.
Having arrived at Celtic Park in September 2015 as a replacement for Virgil van Dijk, Simunovic has since gone on to feature 57 times in all competitions for the club, contributing two goals.
