Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has been declared fit for the Czech Republic's Euro 2012 qualifier against Montenegro on Friday.
The 29-year-old broke his nose during his side's 1-0 win against Blackburn Rovers last weekend.
Cech is expected to wear a protective face mask for the match.
The former Rennes keeper already wears a head guard after he fractured his skull in 2006.
