Sports Mole rounds up Manchester City's injury and suspension news ahead of their Premier League clash with Chelsea on Saturday.

Manchester City will be looking to leapfrog Chelsea into the top four of the Premier League when they welcome the West Londoners to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday evening.

After putting Ipswich Town to the sword 6-0 at Portman Road last Sunday, the Citizens threw away a two-goal lead to lose 4-2 away against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Wednesday night, leaving them in danger of failing to qualify for the knockout rounds.

Pep Guardiola's men will now shift their focus back to the Premier League where they currently sit fifth in the table, two points behind Chelsea in fourth.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Man City's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the contest with Enzo Maresca's side.

Rodri

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Man City are set to be without influential midfielder Rodri for the rest of the season after he suffered knee ligament damage in a 2-2 draw with Arsenal in September.

However, the Spaniard offered a positive update on his recovery at the end of last year, setting a new target for when he wishes to return.

Ruben Dias

Status: Out
Type of injury: Adductor
Possible return date: Unknown

Ruben Dias asked Guardiola to be taken off at half time in Man City's midweek defeat to PSG, and the Catalan coach has since confirmed the defender is ruled out of Saturday's clash with Chelsea due to an adductor injury.

Nathan Ake

Status: Out
Type of injury: Unspecified
Possible return date: Unknown

Nathan Ake has been ruled out of Man City's last two matches with an unspecified issue and the defender is not ready to return for Saturday's clash with his former club Chelsea.

Oscar Bobb

Status: Out
Type of injury: Building up fitness after leg fracture
Possible return date: January 29 (vs. Club Brugge)

After more than five months out with a leg fracture, Oscar Bobb returned to partial team training just over a week ago and is building up his fitness ahead of making a return to Guardiola's matchday squad. However, Saturday's game will come too soon for the attacker.

Jeremy Doku

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knock
Possible return date: Unknown

Jeremy Doku was omitted from Man City's 21-man travelling squad to Paris in midweek after picking up an unspecified knock in the win over Ipswich, and the winger will also miss Saturday's game.

MANCHESTER CITY'S SUSPENSION LIST

Man City have no players suspended for this match.
