Chelsea defender Reece James has recovered from injury to return to first-team training.
The 22-year-old missed out on England's World Cup squad after picking up a knee injury during Chelsea's Champions League victory over AC Milan at the San Siro in October.
According to the Evening Standard, the right-back has returned to full training and featured in the first session of their warm-weather training camp in Abu Dhabi.
After welcoming James back to first-team training, Chelsea are hopeful that Wesley Fofana and Ben Chilwell can recover from their respective injuries in time for the resumption of the Premier League.
The Blues are set to play Aston Villa in a friendly in Abu Dhabi on December 11, before they welcome Bournemouth to Stamford Bridge for a Premier League fixture on December 27.
In James' absence, Chelsea failed to win any of their last five league matches, and they will hope that his return to fitness will coincide with an upturn in fortunes. body check tags ::
