Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has revealed that Ross Barkley is a doubt for the club's Premier League meeting with Manchester United.
Barkley represented England twice in four days over the international break, and it has left the playmaker struggling to retain his spot in the Blues starting lineup.
Sarri has indicated that Callum Hudson-Odoi is also a doubt and ruled out Ethan Ampadu, but the Italian has suggested that Antonio Rudiger and Mateo Kovacic should be fit for Saturday's meeting at Stamford Bridge.
At a press conference, Sarri told reporters: "As usual after the national teams we have some problems. The most serious is with Ethan Ampadu. We have a little problem with Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ross Barkley, which are less serious.
"Antonio Rudiger has done better in the last two days, like Mateo Kovacic. I think they will be able to play."
Chelsea will move to the top of the standings with victory over United in West London.
