Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham has revealed that his team will be looking to 'take their anger out on Liverpool' when they face the Reds in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
The Blues suffered a 1-0 defeat to Valencia in their Champions League group opener on Tuesday night.
Frank Lampard's side will have the opportunity to bounce back when they face Jurgen Klopp's side in the league this weekend, though, and Abraham has said that the team will be fired-up after their European defeat.
"[Sunday] is a test of character. We can take our anger out against Liverpool. It's a massive game and both teams will be going to win. We'll look forward to putting [last night's defeat] right," Abraham told reporters.
Abraham has made a flying start to the 2019-20 campaign with seven goals in seven appearances - including a hat-trick in the 5-2 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers at the weekend.
Chelsea are currently sixth in the Premier League table with eight points, although the capital side are yet to win on home soil this term.
