Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has described his side's 4-2 win over Tottenham Hotspur as "a fantastic result".
The 26-year-old opened the scoring at White Hart Lane, before early second-half goals from William Gallas and Jermain Defoe put Spurs in front.
Roberto Di Matteo's men then responded in kind to claim a deserved three points, courtesy of a Juan Mata double and a stoppage-time Daniel Sturridge strike.
"It was a tough game and, coming away from home, it was a fantastic result," Cahill told Sky Sports News. "Just to keep the momentum going I think, we've started the season well."
Chelsea sit top of the Premier League table, having taken 22 points from eight matches.
