Netherlands legend Johan Cruyff has claimed that Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is setting a bad example to young people with his behaviour.
The Portuguese boss, who has also managed Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Porto, is known for his outspoken demeanour and has been criticised for his public fallout with now-former Blues team doctor Eva Carneiro.
"He's controversial," the former Ajax and Barcelona manager told Sky Sports News.
"What I like about him is he's always capable of creating good ambience within the players and what I don't like is that he always puts himself on the first row. He should be on the second row.
"I don't think he is educating children to play football or educating for life. He should behave better because he will be in the press all over the world."
Chelsea are currently 16th in the Premier League table.
