Chelsea youngster Ulises Davila has insisted that he is growing in confidence after receiving positive feedback from the club's representatives.
Davila signed for Chelsea two years ago, but after spending a season on loan at Dutch side Vitesse, he was loaned out to Spanish Segunda club CE Sabadell.
The former Mexican youth international has impressed during his time in Spain, and he has attributed that to remaining in regular contact with Chelsea staff.
The 21-year-old told Goal.com: "There's a Chelsea rep who comes every 15 days to watch my home games.
"Three weeks ago, the head scout came to watch the match against Barcelona B. They're paying attention, watching my matches and tell me when they observe something in my game.
"They let me know when they think I should improve certain aspects so I can keep growing. That gives me confidence so I can be better every time."
Work permit issues have prevented Davila from making his debut at Stamford Bridge.
