Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo has admitted that Liverpool are the club's "bogey team" and has insisted that his West London outfit are prepared for a "difficult" contest.
The Blues welcome Liverpool to Stamford Bridge on Sunday on the back of a record that has seen Chelsea lose against the Reds in their last four Premier League meetings.
"They are our bogey team because they always seem to play exceptionally well against us and get results," said Di Matteo.
"It's always a difficult game against Liverpool and it'll be difficult to beat them. We'll have to make sure we're very focused and we'll need to play a very good game to win it."
Chelsea currently sit one point from top spot in the league table.
