Eden Hazard has insisted that he can improve a lot more as he looks to guide Chelsea to success in all competitions this season.
The Belgian has quickly become a key player for the club in his two years at Stamford Bridge, but he is certain that he can contribute even more for Jose Mourinho's side after picking up the PFA Young Player of the Year award last season.
"I can be better. Last season was very good, and the first season as well," Hazard told Sky Sports News. "Now I am in the third season and if I can win trophies, it could be better.
"Personally, if I continue like this and score more goals and make more assists, but most important is trophies at the end."
Mourinho confirmed on Tuesday that Chelsea had opened talks with Hazard over a new contract.
