Eden Hazard has said that Chelsea's 2-0 victory over Hull City will give his side "confidence" in the coming weeks.
The 24-year-old scored the opener and set up Diego Costa for the second as Chelsea returned to winning ways in the league after last weekend's 2-1 loss to Newcastle brought their unbeaten run to an abrupt end.
"We didn't play the best game today but the most important thing was to win because we lost three points at Newcastle," the Belgian told Sky Sports News.
"It's very important for the confidence and we want more.
"We want to be champions and to do that we have to stay top. Today we deserved to win."
Hazard has now taken his goal tally for the season to eight in all competitions.
