Chelsea interim boss Guus Hiddink has praised Jurgen Klopp for the work that he has done at Liverpool.
Klopp has guided the Reds to two cup finals - the League Cup and Europa League - since replacing Brendan Rodgers in October.
Chelsea will come up against the Merseyside outfit at Anfield tomorrow night.
"They made a good [managerial] change," Hiddink told reporters. "It is club with a huge history and it is an energetic team Klopp has formed.
"They can be very resilient. They have a good skilful team but are also mentally tough and it is nice to see."
Liverpool earned a 3-1 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge earlier this season.
