Chelsea assistant Steve Holland has revealed that manager Jose Mourinho has the full support of the club after he was charged by the Football Association on Thursday.
Mourinho has been charged for claiming that there is a campaign to influence decisions against his team after Chelsea were denied a penalty against Southampton over Christmas, and after taking over Mourinho's media duties on Friday, Holland has admitted that everyone at Stamford Bridge shares the Portuguese's frustration.
The 44-year-old told reporters: "There's a frustration with all of us, not just Jose, with an accumulation of event that culminated at Southampton with the booking of Cesc.
"We're all together on this, but we have to move on."
Chelsea will attempt to retain their position at the top of the Premier League on Saturday when they host Newcastle United.
