Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic has said that his side are aiming to finish the season on a high, starting with a win this weekend.

The Blues, who host Blackburn Rovers at Stamford Bridge in the final game of the season, are aiming to build momentum ahead of the Champions League final in Munich later this month.

"We want to finish the Premier League well," he said. "It's the last game before Munich.

"It was a long season, up and down. Next season we hope will be better in the league but this one can still end well for us."

Chelsea beat Blackburn 1-0 at Ewood Park earlier this season.
