Chelsea newcomer Marko Marin has made the league his number one priority as he gets ready for his first season in English football.
The 23-year-old playmaker expects his new club to challenge for trophies on all fronts.
"If you play for such a team as Chelsea you want to win trophies, like last year with the Champions League and the FA Cup," Marin said.
"The Premier League I think is the best league in the world and to win this, that is my aim."
Marin joined his new side for pre-season training this week and wants to have an instant impact at Stamford Bridge.
He said: "I think I am an offensive player, more a winger, so I hope I can give a lot of assists to strikers so they score a lot of goals and they help the team."
Chelsea face Manchester City in the Community Shield at Villa Park on August 12.
