Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic believes that his side's point in their clash against Manchester United could be important in the race for the Premier League title.
The Blues were seconds away from claiming a victory at Old Trafford after Didier Drogba had fired them ahead, but Robin van Persie scored in stoppage time to earn the Red Devils a draw.
However, the Serbia international is adamant that the result is still a good one for Jose Mourinho's side, despite their disappointment about missing out on all three points.
Matic told reporters: "They are all behind us, still, and that's good for our team, it gives us confidence. We have done well and deserve to be in this position.
"It's a good feeling but also a big responsibility because now everyone wants to win against us, they have extra motivation. Every point is very important for us, especially when you're playing against teams like Manchester United - they are strong and everyone knows they're a big club.
"Old Trafford is not an easy place to get points. In the end you never know what is going to decide the championship, but maybe this point will be crucial for us."
Chelsea lead the Premier League by four points from second-placed Southampton after nine matches this season.
