Chelsea have completed the signing of Wigan Athletic winger Victor Moses for a fee in the region of £9m.
Blues boss Roberto Di Matteo had been chasing the Nigerian international throughout the summer, with Chelsea having four bids rejected for his services.
However, the European champions finally agreed to match Wigan's asking price for the 21-year-old on Thursday.
Moses has passed a medical and agreed personal terms at Stamford Bridge and will be presented as Chelsea's latest signing when they host Newcastle United on Saturday evening.
The transfer takes Chelsea's summer spending to over £80m after Eden Hazard, Marko Marin, Oscar and Cesar Azpilicueta, who completed his switch from Marseille earlier today, previously joined for substantial sums.
