Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has stated that the club are "not desperate" to win the Premier League title.
The Blues are currently third in the league table after 21 games, two points adrift of leaders Arsenal.
The West London outfit are in contention for three trophies this season, including the FA Cup and Champions League, but Mourinho has played down the Blues' chances of league glory.
"We are not desperate to win the title," Mourinho said in a press conference. "I keep saying the same. We want to build a team for the future, find a transition between the Chelsea of the last decade and Chelsea of the next decade, but we will try to fight for the title until the end."
Chelsea will take on seventh-placed Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
