Norwich City have reportedly contacted Chelsea regarding the prospect of signing midfielder Kasey Palmer on loan.
The 21-year-old spent the first half of last season on loan at Huddersfield Town before joining Derby County on loan in January.
Palmer made 16 appearances for the Rams, scoring two goals, and helped them reach the Championship playoffs, where they lost out to eventual winners Fulham.
According to Sky Sports News, the Canaries have made Chelsea a loan offer, while Ligue 1 club Nice have also made contact with the Blues with regards to a temporary acquisition.
Palmer, an England Under-21 international, played a key role in Huddersfield's promotion to the Premier League in the 2016-17 season, scoring five goals in 27 appearances.
