Chelsea midfielder Oscar has talked up the improvements already made by new coach Antonio Conte so far this season.
The Blues endured a torrid start to the 2015-16 campaign which resulted in the sacking of Jose Mourinho last December, but Brazilian playmaker Oscar has insisted that things have been markedly different under their new Italian boss.
"The coach has changed the formation, we are playing a different system to last season," Oscar told the London Evening Standard.
"His training method is different to what we had last season and he's changed both the players' mentality and the team's mentality. I think we have improved since he's come here.
"I think you can see that last season we were lacking a bit of resilience. We had that spirit in some games, but we weren't consistent."
The Stamford Bridge club have won all three of their Premier League fixtures this season.
