Manchester City coach Manuel Pellegrini has insisted that his players are hungrier and angrier this season as they look to wrestle the Premier League title back from current holders Chelsea.
The Sky Blues made positive inroads into reclaiming their once-held crown with an emphatic 3-0 victory over Jose Mourinho's men on Sunday afternoon, and the City coach has suggested that his side are out to take revenge against the London club this season.
"Maybe what happened last season was a good experience," said Pellegrini, according to BBC Sport.
"These players are hungry and angry. Now they want to win every game."
City currently hold top spot in the Premier League table after two wins from two games.
