Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech could face a spell on the sidelines after it was revealed that he had broken one of his little fingers.
The 30-year-old had only recent returned to the Chelsea starting lineup following a calf strain.
However, Czech Republic coach Michal Bilek confirmed this afternoon that the keeper will play no part in his nation's friendly against Turkey on Wednesday because he has injured his finger.
Although there has been no official confirmation, it is believed that Cech sustained the problem during Chelsea's 3-2 defeat to Newcastle United at the weekend.
