Brazilian midfielder Ramires has committed his future to Chelsea by signing a contract extension until 2017.
The 24-year-old, who is in his second season at Stamford Bridge, made his 50th appearance for the club during Saturday's 1-0 loss to West Bromwich Albion.
"I am very happy with my new contract," Ramires told the club's official website. "I am very happy with the support I have playing for this club so I want to say thank you to Chelsea."
Chelsea paid a reported £18m to sign Ramires from Benfica in 2010.
