Veteran Chelsea defender John Terry is to be selected in a heavily-rotated side to take on Walsall in the League Cup, according to a report.
The 34-year-old, who has made 672 appearances for the club since making his debut in 1998, was dropped by manager Jose Mourinho for Saturday's 2-0 win over rivals Arsenal.
According to The Mirror, the Chelsea club captain will feature in Wednesday evening's fixture alongside other fringe players in the squad.
Asked by the newspaper if Terry would play against the Saddlers, Mourinho said: "Sure, of course."
Terry has made two Premier League appearances so far this season.
