Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri has reportedly devised a training plan to enable his players to spend more time with their families.
Sarri's predecessor Antonio Conte was known for his stricter regime at Cobham, but it appears that Sarri is making an effort to lighten the mood at the West Londoners.
According to The Sun, Sarri has indicated that he is prepared to be flexible when it comes to training in order to allow his players extra time with their children.
The report suggests that some sessions will now be moved from the morning to afternoon, although Sarri will still insist on some double sessions throughout the week.
Sarri has started his Chelsea stint with back-to-back wins over Huddersfield Town and Arsenal in the Premier League.
