John Terry has described Radamel Falcao's movement as "unbelievable" after the Colombian made his debut for Chelsea at the weekend.
The striker, who is at Stamford Bridge on a season-long loan from AS Monaco, came off the bench in the 1-0 defeat to Arsenal in the Community Shield.
The club's captain told reporters at the Premier League launch: "Falcao's movement is unbelievable. I could see that after two minutes playing against him last season. He didn't leave me alone. We managed to keep him at bay but he was up for it.
"I have now seen his finishing is unbelievable. His career is all about goals so I am hoping that is what he brings to the side."
Falcao spent last season on loan with Manchester United after returning from a long absence with a knee ligament injury, but Louis van Gaal's side turned down the chance to sign him permanently.
