Chelsea captain John Terry has insisted that manager Jose Mourinho has his management style "spot-on" after returning to the club in the summer.
Mourinho has guided Chelsea to seven points from their first three Premier League games, and Terry has revealed that everyone at the club is delighted with his return to Stamford Bridge.
The 32-year-old told Chelsea TV: "We are looking fit and very much together and Jose brings that. It is us against everyone else, and I think that is what made us when he was here before and we are very much the same again.
"His man-management is excellent and he makes people want to play for him. He has it spot-on.
"If there was a managerial manual, he would tick every box. We are delighted to have him back. He has come home and all the players feel the same."
The Portuguese coach won two Premier League titles during his first spell with the club.
