Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Rafael van der Vaart has said that his side are not afraid of Chelsea ahead of their trip to Stamford Bridge this weekend.
Spurs, who have lost three of their last four Premier League fixtures, haven't won on the road in the league in 2012. However, the Dutch international insists that he and his teammates understand the significance of this afternoon's showdown.
"The game against Chelsea is important," he said. "If we can win then we'll be stronger in fourth place.
"We need to do better against Chelsea [than in recent weeks] otherwise we won't have a chance, but we're not scared to go to Stamford Bridge.
"We will fight until the end."
Van der Vaart has scored eight goals in 24 appearances for Tottenham this season.
