Fresh from booking their spot in the Europa League final, Chelsea will end their 2018-19 Premier League campaign with a trip to Leicester City on Sunday afternoon.
The Blues have certainly had their ups and downs this season, but are already certain to finish in the top four ahead of the clash with the Foxes.
Maurizio Sarri's side also have the Europa League final to look forward to, having overcome Eintracht Frankfurt on penalties to set up a clash with Arsenal.
It has been a testing campaign for Chelsea, but a strong result on the final weekend of the Premier League season would lead them nicely into the clash with the Gunners in Baku.
Here, Sports Mole has rounded up the latest injury and suspension news heading into the fixture.
