Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado has emerged as a transfer target for AC Milan, according to reports.
After arriving at the Blues in the winter of 2015, the former Fiorentina player struggled to adapt to English football and spent the 2015-16 season back in Italy with Juventus.
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Antonio Conte is willing to let Cuadrado go, but the Rossoneri need to raise funds for an outright purchase by selling forward Carlos Bacca.
Milan was sold to a Chinese consortium on Friday.
