Parma attacker Sebastian Giovinco can become the "new Gianfranco Zola", according to the player's agent Andrea D'Amico.
The 25-year-old has struck 11 times for the Italian club this season, leading to suggestions he could depart at the end of the current campaign.
"If I were Roman Abramovich, I would take Giovinco to Chelsea. He would become the new Gianfranco Zola over there," D'Amico told Tuttosport.
Chelsea face Napoli in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.
