The agent of Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has revealed that his client would be interested in returning to Napoli during this summer's transfer window.

The 29-year-old has been a key player for the Blues since Thomas Tuchel's arrival as head coach, but the Italy international's future in London continues to be called into question.

A recent report claimed that Maurizio Sarri would attempt to bring Jorginho back to Napoli if the experienced manager returned to the Italian giants as head coach this summer.

Jorge Santos, who represents the Chelsea midfielder, has said that any offer from the Serie A outfit in the upcoming market would be 'evaluated'.

"There are many rumours about that because he did so well at Napoli," Santos told Radio Marte. "It's a special moment for him. He is an important player for Chelsea now. However, he is an Italy international, and we are thinking about a return to Serie A if he leaves the Blues.

"If Napoli will make an offer, we'll evaluate it. He had a great time in Naples, and he has many friends over there."

Jorginho made 160 appearances for Napoli between 2014 and 2018 before moving to Chelsea, where he has featured on 126 occasions in all competitions, including 28 outings during the 2020-21 campaign. body check tags ::
