Aston Villa are reportedly considering a swoop for Gary Cahill as the defender prepares to leave Chelsea.
The 33-year-old has made 290 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions since a 2012 move from Bolton Wanderers.
Cahill will leave the Blues on a free transfer this summer, though, with his contract due to expire at the end of June.
A number of clubs have been linked with moves for the defender and according to The Sun, Villa are very much in the hunt for the veteran, who could link up with former Chelsea teammate John Terry - now assistant manager at Villa Park.
Villa secured a return to the Premier League by beating Derby County 2-1 in the Championship playoff final.
Cahill, who only made two Premier League appearances during the 2018-19 campaign, has won eight major trophies during his time at Stamford Bridge.
