Barcelona's hierarchy are reportedly bracing themselves for an offer from Chelsea for Brazilian playmaker Philippe Coutinho.
The Blues have been tipped to make a move for the ex-Liverpool attacker should Eden Hazard complete a switch to Real Madrid, though that depends on the outcome of their transfer ban appeal.
Coutinho has struggled to make much of an impact during his 16 months at Camp Nou, but he has previously impressed in the Premier League and Chelsea are rumoured to be ready to take a punt.
Goal.com suggests that members of the board at Barcelona are keen to sell and they are expecting a formal approach from the West London outfit.
As and when that offer is made, it is claimed that many inside the Camp Nou boardroom will not block Coutinho's exit.
Barca are likely to offload a number of players in the summer, with Ivan Rakitic and Samuel Umtiti also being strongly linked with moves away.
