Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante is reportedly not a transfer target for Barcelona.
Over the weekend, it was claimed that the France international wants to leave Stamford Bridge in 2020 to link up with fellow countryman Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid.
Barca were also linked with a swoop for the 2018 World Cup winner in the same report, but according to Mundo Deportivo, the Spanish champions have no intention of moving for the midfielder.
Kante, who has made over 150 appearances for Chelsea since arriving from Leicester City in 2016, has a contract with Frank Lampard's side until the end of the 2022-23 campaign.
Barca were expected to allow Ivan Rakitic to leave Camp Nou during the January transfer window, but the Croatia international is now being tipped to remain at the club.
As a result, Ernesto Valverde's side are allegedly not in the market for a new central midfielder, potentially handing Madrid a free run at landing the former Boulogne youngster.
