Chelsea have made an offer for Sporting Lisbon winger Bruma, according to the player's agent.
Bruma enjoyed an impressive season for Lisbon last campaign before scoring five goals for Portugal during the Under-20 World Cup, and representative Catio Balde has admitted that his player is attracting plenty of interest.
Balde told Antena 1: "I was in charge of presenting offers to Sporting. There are offers from foreign clubs, from Chelsea and from Galatasaray, worth €8m, that could reach €12m (£10.3m).
"From this moment on, considering that he is a highly coveted player, it is possible that more offers will arrive, because I know that several clubs were waiting for the best moment to make a move.
"Right now, Bruma's mind is not on Sporting."
The 18-year-old has reportedly refused to train with the Portuguese club in an attempt to force a transfer.
